We work out of Lynchburg and travel to the customer, so all treatment happens at your home or business. Along with Lynchburg, we cover Forest, Madison Heights, Timberlake, Bedford, Concord, Monroe, Evington, Appomattox, Goode and Rustburg. What pests do you treat?
We handle general home pest control and commercial pest control, plus termites, mice and rodents, bed bugs, ants, roaches, spiders, and wasp and hornet nest removal. If you are not sure what you are dealing with, say what you have seen and where, and we will identify it during the inspection.
How does a job work from the first call?
You request a quote, we inspect to confirm what is there and where it is coming from, then we carry out a targeted treatment rather than a blanket spray. After that the aim is to keep you protected, with regular service visits where the pest calls for them. Treatment time varies with the pest and the size of the property, so ask us what to expect for your situation when we quote.
Is there a warranty if the pests come back?
Yes, we carry a call back warranty for covered pests between regular service visits, so if activity returns in that window we come back out. Which pests are covered depends on the treatment plan you are on, so ask us to confirm the covered list before work starts.
Who actually comes to the house?
